what's up my kind of schools what's up okay set this month I have a serious topic  I know a lot of you guys would love to grow up and be rich but I'm not talking about rich in terms of money houses cars in Jets although that be cool I'm talking about to be rich with friends there's a lot of weather the don't have true friends the true friend is someone that tells you when you're wrong a true friend is someone that makes you laugh stands by you when you're sad and always pushes you to do better so what is the key ingredient being successful and Rich With Friends it boils down to one word Integrity Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching it is being honest and truthful and without last without honesty and most important without Integrity it's hard to be friends with someone it's hard to be friends with someone that you can trust so you guys want to store Integrity cuz I got one but first let me sit down and get comfortable okay the story starts like there is this King let's call him George King George George had one space open for a new night in his kingdom but he didn't want to have an adult night like every other king he wanted to be the first king to assign a child tonight Hood he made it open so he called everyone in the when to apply it didn't matter if you are rich if you are poor and guess what he received thousands of applicants and he narrowed it down to just five people five kids he called in the five kids to his kingdom and when they all came inside he said I have one more test for you he gave each of from a tiny sunflower seed he instructed them to go back home and plant it and return to his Palace in 90 days to show him play head grown each child went home planted their seed and watered them every single day there was one child let's call him Johnny Johnny went home planted his seed and watered every single day to only discover that nothing had grown 30 days went by still nothing has grown he talked to the other children and they were talking about how big their sunflower seeds with ground and how proud the king would be they made Johnny feel bad so bad in fact that he stayed up late at night crying as if he thought he had failed the night before he was due to show his plan to the king he went to his mother and said I want to quit his mother said as long as he tells the truth tell the king that you tried your very best even if you failed it's important to always be honest even when it's scary to do so so when you walk back into the castle of the king looked around and saw the other four children and saw their huge sunflower plants and when you look down at his it was just playing good old dirt the other kids started the laugh at him and when the king enter this huge row he looked at each one of the children's plants as he walked by the first four children he complimented them on how big and tall and beautiful their plans were and then he walked by Johnny's he walked over to Ronnie's plant and he said what happened to yours  Johnny did as his mother had asked even though it was tough he the truth he said that he planted the seed and watered it every single day with care but nothing Rue the king commented on his need to be courageous to walk into his castle with nothing to show the king then stepped up onto his throne looked each of the five chill said I have made my decision they waited patiently he said I would like Johnny to be my new night instantly all the other kids were confused all he brought was dirt one of the other kids stood up in protest and said why him he didn't do anything he failed the key instantly stood up and response he said I gave each of you a fake sunflower seed and you've brought me back this big old beautiful plant which tells me that you you switched out my fake seed with a real see the moment that you thought you were going to fail you cheated Johnny had the courage to bring me nothing get the courage to tell the truth I only want to surround myself with people who tell the truth  you see we are all like the king we like to surround ourselves with friends who tell the truth this month your challenge is a tough one your challenge is to try be truthful everyday to have integrity to only tell the truth to do the right thing even when no one is watching it's a simple changed it stuff to do try to go this entire day without telling One Lie this isn't just a lie to your friends or your teachers your family this is even a lie yourself when you convince yourself to play video games when you know you have homework to do or even to your friends when you don't tell them that they hurt your feelings having Integrity is the same as having courage man this is a serious challenges month and it's going to be a tough one but it's also very important over the course of this challenge you will receive a special gift and messages from your kindness crew to remind you about the importance of Integrity so starting now starting this very moment start telling the truth to your friends to yourself and to your family and teachers we're getting serious since month and guess what good luck I'm gone
