there was one thing that I loved as a kid and that was sneaking around well I kind of still love sneaking around alright so the last video is kind of a serious video about integrity which remind you is to do the right thing even though nobody is watching so I have a fun challenge for you guys to take on the next couple weeks and it involves Integrity so I got an idea what if we could do a challenge to actually required people to be sneaky Ninja because if you're really sneaky I means no one is around to see you so this challenge is going to require you to have a couple of skills number one to be sneaky are you sneaking can you disappear like this but this challenge is also going to have require you to be thoughtful creative turn on Estelle about each one of you guys going to receive one of our kindness Ninja cards that reads you were awesome ninja awesome kindness ninja Arthur your challenge is to identify one person that will not let me say it again will not put on the screen will not expect a card from you so this is for someone that you might not know that well but you know that they need a smile they need wake me up or you just want to give them a good compliment so you can't write something down on this card and give it to your best friend it has to be someone that you don't know that no but you also want to do an act of kindness for that you have a big school and I'm sure you can find someone to give it to so this means you need to bust out can ninja observation skills keep an eye on that person see where they go at lunch see where they go recessed see what classroom is theirs if you have Walker's you can see which locker is there's then I want you to write something down on that note card and sneak it in a way where they'll find it but not know when's from you which means you can't even write your name on the card you can sign it from the kindness Ninja know where does the Integrity come into this I'm trusting all of you guys to do the right thing even though no one's watching because while you're doing this ninja style and we're going to follow the rules and identify someone that needs an extra smile now a kindness ninja is someone that does the right thing for someone even though no one's watching does an kindness without anyone knowing it was from them so this means you can't just go give the card to someone and brag to all your friends yo yo yo what's up I gave that over to what's over there don't tell anyone that would be cheating but most importantly kindness ninja is someone that does something really nice for someone without expecting anything in turn they do it out of the goodness of their heart all right kind of school you have your mission a ninja mission and I'm gone
