The PTC meeting for this month will be TOMORROW, Wednesday, March 10th, @ 6pm via Zoom.

Due to COVID-19, we are unable to have anyone but the board on campus for this month's meeting.  Additionally, with the hybrid and distance learning models in place, we are scheduling the March meeting in the evening to hopefully make it easier for more to attend.  Once our restrictions are lifted, we will go back to the regularly scheduled time/location.

READ ACROSS AMERICA WEEK
March 1-5

Read Across America is a week long celebration of READING!  It also coincides with Dr. Seuss' birthday, which is March 2nd.  Here at Cottage Hill, teachers will be doing a variety of activities to celebrate reading and our favorite authors.  We will finish the week with a Crazy Socks Day for our in-person students, and Crazy Hat Day for our DL students on Friday, March 5th.
Reminder!

Thursday and Friday this week, ALL students will be on Distance Learning.  Teachers will be Zooming their classes, and work will be assigned in Google Classroom.  Hybrid students will take home their Friday packets today!

Round Up Flyer 2021

TK/Kinder Round Up is Coming Soon!

This year's Parent Night will not be an in-person event.  We will record an informational video and post it to the school website on March 23, with information about our TK/K programs and the registration process.

All registration will be done online, although documentation will need to be provided to the office before registration is considered "complete".

Please print the flyer for your reference; it contains important information regarding birth dates and required documents.

If you have friends and neighbors with TK/Kinder age children, please pass this along to them!

A separate Preschool flyer will be published soon.  Preschool registration begins April 5th (after Spring Break).
The PTC meeting for this month will be tomorrow, Thursday, February 11th, @ 6pm via Zoom.

It is SOUPer luncheon time!

Each winter the PTC does a soup lunch for our teachers which is provided potluck style from our families. This year, due to Covid and financial restrictions, we will be doing it a little differently. Please click the sign up genius below to be directed on how you can "sponsor" a teacher or staff member. On February 22nd the PTC will serve a lunch provided by Gristmill to the wonderful teachers and Staff at Cottage Hill. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

Here is the January school-wide art project: a beautiful quilt!  Thank you to our PTC moms for organizing and displaying this amazing project.  Look for the "heart project" in February!

We hope you have a wonderful holiday season and that your family stays safe and healthy through the entire winter break!

The school office will be closed until Monday, January 4th.  We will reopen that day for packet pick up, and will be available to help you in person or by phone.

No students will be returning to on-campus instruction until Tuesday, January 19.  All students will be fully DL until then.  This two week period of DL is designed to provide a "semi-quarantine" time after the holidays before we bring everyone back together again.

Hopefully, as we head into 2021, we will be leaving Covid behind us and getting our lives back to normal.  Fingers crossed!

See you in the New Year -
