Community Roots is excited to offer FREE Summer Weekly Meal Bags for all children and teens ages 18 and under through the Summer Feeding Program. Families can receive free weekly meal bags to help support access to nutritious meals while school is out.Registration Survey: To help out Community Roots with planning, all interested families are asked to please to complete a brief registration survey. - Meals are FREE for all children ages 18 and under
- Only a child or parent/legal guardian may pick up meals
- Students may receive Weekly Meal Bags (Up to 10 meals weekly per student) only if they are not also receiving daily summer meals through another summer meal location
Open Summer Meal Sites (SSO)
An alternative to the weekly meal bag program, free on-site summer meals may also be available through local Open Summer Meal Sites. More information regarding Open SSO meal locations and schedules will be shared soon.
