TK UPDATES

We are so proud of all the growth our TK students have made this year. We have finished learning the alphabet and will continue to review letters, sounds, and beginning literacy skills as we get ready for kindergarten. In math, we will keep practicing counting, shapes, patterns, and number skills through hands-on activities and play.

Upcoming Dates:

Open House
Wednesday, May 21st
6:00–7:00 p.m.
Families are invited to come and celebrate all that your TK students have learned and accomplished this year.

Spring Book Fair
Begins Monday, May 18th
Our class shopping time is Tuesday, May 19th from 10:45–11:15 a.m. Parents may take their child shopping during our class slot or after school. The Book Fair will also be open during Back to School Night.

School Day Reminder
Due to using our emergency day, we will have school on Tuesday, May 26th.

Ice Cream Sundaes with Buddies
Friday, June 5th
We will enjoy a sweet end-of-year activity with our 3rd grade buddies.

Camping-Themed End-of-Year Party
Wednesday, June 10th
We are excited to celebrate the end of TK with a fun camping-themed classroom party.

Last day to check out a library book is this Tuesday, May 5th. 

Literacy
