This week in TK, we will be learning about positions and prepositions — words that tell us where things are. Students will:

Read and color a mini book called “Where Is the Spider?”

Practice position words using stuffed animals 🧸 and jewels

Build a pumpkin gate STEM activity 🎃
We will review the letters L, F, H, and E (no new letters this week).
In math, we’ll continue counting to 10 and working with numbers 1–5.
Please make sure your child has a jacket each day as the weather is getting cooler and we still enjoy outdoor play!

Literacy
- Letter of the week: Ll, Ff, Ee, Hh
- Identify and trace first name
- Distinguish between letters, numbers and words
Math
- Count to 10
- Work with number 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
AMP (art-music/movement-PE)
- Students will celebrate Fall with a song, movement and small craft this week.
October SEL (social-emotion learning)
- Following directions, being a good friend, impulse control and voice volume
- Practice taking turns, sharing, learning routines and rules.
Please send in library books by Tuesday - Your student must return in order to check out a new one.
