We are happy to announce the return of the GARDEN CART, selling plants every Wednesday and Friday afternoon after school by the MPR!
The PTC is excited to share some wonderful news about our school garden. One of our members, Sheena West, submitted a grant proposal on behalf of our school to the Raley's Extra Credit program for money to improve our school garden site and it was SUCCESSFUL! Thanks to Sheena's dedication of a few hours over winter break, our organization will receive approximately $4,800.00 for structural and material improvements. The PTC wishes to thank Sheena for her time and good intent on the behalf of our students and staff that is sure to be evident for years to come evidenced by the by the fun, health and inspiration a vibrant and thriving garden can provide.
Is the garden renovation a project you’re interested in? Please come to the next PTC meeting on May 9th at 12:30pm in Room 17.
Open House is Thursday Night!!
Please join us for our annual Open House this Thursday, April 12, from 6:30-7:30. This is an opportunity for your child to show you their great accomplishments and share their successes with you. Don't forget to stop by the MPR for the Art Walk and visit the Book Fair, too!
Preschool registration for 3 and 4 year olds begins on Monday, April 9th in the school office.
Registration packets will not be available in advance. Packets can be picked up in the Multi-Purpose Room beginning at 7:30. Once you pick up your packet, you will be able to complete your paperwork at one of the tables nearby. Your packet may only be turned it when it is complete; the emergency card and other forms must be completely filled out and a copy of the birth certificate and immunization records must be included. Only complete packets will be accepted and placed on the list.
Students in the three year old class need to be 3 by September 1st; students in the 4 year old class need to be 4 by September 1st. All students need to be potty-trained before school starts.
